The reasons for freezing sperm

Patients with cancer before chemo- or radiotherapy treatment
As an insurance policy prior to vasectomy
Men with primary testicular failure
Men with ejaculatory difficulties
Men with variable semen parameters
Men with unrelated clinical conditions where the condition or its treatment may damage the sperm e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure or kidney disease
Back-up for patients undergoing assisted conception treatment elsewhere,
